order to use the Reiki
energies yourself you have to be
attuned to the energies. Attunements open you to be able to
channel the
universal life energies. Once attuned you then use the energies and
practice
practice practice! Attunements are carried out by people
like
myself who have been attuned to all 3 degrees of Reiki.
Before I discuss
the attunement process though I want you to be aware of the differences
in
these degrees.
